By operating an 'open door' policy we aim to provide a high quality and inclusive service for all eligible young people by meeting their diverse needs in preparing them for the world or further learning. We aim to support the local and regional economic development in the Hull and Humber area by offering our customers flexible business training solutions and equipping young people for the workforce and by supplying the local labour market with work-ready apprentices, thereby promoting the culture of lifelong learning and training in the reigon.
