Information Advice and Guidance

Chamber Training is working in accordance to very high standards to ensure that:

• Information and advice will be impartial, up to date, accurate, confidential and accessible to all learners and partners (where appropriate)

The information, advice and guidance will include:

• Pre entry / entry guidance to help ensre you make a course choice which is appropriate to your long term career aims and meeting your needs.
• On programme guidance on progression into further study, training or employment.
• Exit guidance including support for early leavers and other options for continuing learning related to your current and future roles.

Be assured:

If Chamber Training is unable to meet all your requirements, we will refer you to the most appropriate agency or training provider to support you with your next stages.

What happens to the data we collect about you?

The information you provide will be passed to the Learning and Skills Council (the LSC) who is responsible for funding, planning and encouraging education and training for young people and adults in England, and is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. The information you provide will be shared with other organisations for the purpose of administration, careers and other guidance, statistical and research purposes. Further information about partner organisations and the ULN and what they do may be found at www.lsc.gov.uk. At no time will your personal information be passed to organisations for marketing or sales purposes.
